Spa Etiquette & Policies

Welcome to Immaculate Complexions. To ensure a great experience for each and every client,  you are asked to observe the following spa etiquette and policies.

 

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time for you to get settled and to fill-out or update any client information. New clients are asked to complete a confidential medical questionnaire designed with your well-being in mind.

 

WHY IS HEALTH INFORMATION COLLECTED?

Health information is collected in order to promote a safe and healthy environment for clients, to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs particularly if there are any medical issues or allergies which may have contradictions to certain products or services. Your health information can be updated annually or at your convenience. No service is performed without a detailed consultation. 

 

LATE 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed.  Please appreciate that prices cannot be reduced for service time due to late arrival. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your appointment rescheduled.

 

CELL PHONES

While in the salon, please turn off your cell phone or set it on silent-mode so that you can fully enjoy your "me time".

 

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment is very important to Immaculate Complexions and is reserved especially for you.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment with insufficient notice (less than 24 hours), I miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on the waiting list miss an opportunity to benefit from services. The online booking system sends appointment reminders. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals or missed appointments.

 

The Cancellation Policy allows me the time to inform my waitlist clients of any availability, as well as keeping the schedule filled,   in order to best serve all clients. Immaculate Complexions policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition excellent service for both established and future clients.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

I accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and e-transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice. Treatment times are approximate and may vary.

 

VALUABLES

Clients may be asked to remove jewelry for some treatments and Immaculate Complexions does not assume liability for lost personal items.

 

PARKING

Free parking is available at the front of the building.

At Immaculate Complexions, we pride ourselves in helping you achieve radiant, glowing and healthy skin. Whether you are a teenager or a mature goddess, it is never too soon or late to cultivate great, healthy looking skin.
